I got this for my 9 year old son. Really good pictures which was what I was mostly looking for. What I didn't like was the lack of information on the different species. And I didn't think "goldfish" deserved an entry.

I love the pictures and descriptions in this book. My brother and I went through it one by one as soon as we got it, and labeled each one as edible or not. Great reference book.
